Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure project goals are met.
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and distribute information to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress and performance against established metrics.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Resource Management:
- Help coordinate project resources, including team members and external vendors.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services as needed.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
- Support:
- Provide administrative support to project managers as needed.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in project coordination or management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,Tekla, Bluebeam, and Procore)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
