Position Overview
- Support the evaluation and improvement of safety, health, and environmental protocols to maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to address inspections, compliance issues, and create a safety-first workplace culture.
- Execute and refine existing standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, with opportunities to grow into designing new ones.
- Conduct safety training programs for employees, ensuring understanding and adoption of safety practices.
- Assist with accident investigations, hazard assessments, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
