- Provide customer service support for all exhibitor clients.
- Resolve issues both internally and with exhibitors.
- Acts as a liaison between Servicenter personnel and show site staff.
- Educate exhibitors on using our online tool; Expresso
- Assisting Exhibitors with purchases of all GES products and services
- Consistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems
- Meet and exceed balanced scorecard standards
- Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
