As we embark on a transformational phase, integrating subsidiaries into a unified global organization, we seek a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, global finance operations, and corporate governance.
Position Overview
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial excellence, global compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in multinational financial operations, multi-currency financial management, and complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate must be an experienced finance executive with expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Turkish Tax Accounting, and must have worked at a multinational company as a CFO or senior finance executive. Additionally, prior experience using NetSuite is required.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support the company’s global operations and growth objectives.
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions across all business units and subsidiaries.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive M&A integration, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Turkish Tax Accounting regulations.Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance with international and local financial laws.Develop a robust financial governance framework to manage risks across multiple jurisdictions.Global Treasury & Multi-Currency Management
Lead treasury operations, managing global cash flow, liquidity, and foreign exchange risk across multiple currencies.Optimize capital structure, working capital, and financing strategies to support business expansion.Establish strong banking and investor relations across international markets.Operational Finance & Systems
Oversee all accounting, tax, and financial operations across subsidiaries, ensuring harmonization and efficiency.Drive the implementation of financial technology solutions, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP.Implement best practices in financial processes, automation, and reporting for a scalable financial infrastructure.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and lead a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team.Communicate financial insights and strategies effectively to investors, lenders, and key stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience
15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO or senior finance executive in a multinational corporation.Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Turkish Tax Accounting is required.Extensive experience managing global financial operations, including multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation, and tax structuring.Prior experience with NetSuite ERP is a must.Strong M&A integration, capital markets, and corporate finance experience.Proven track record of leading financial transformation, driving operational efficiencies, and scaling financial functions.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is preferred.Why Join Us?
