GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION |
Job Developers and Placement Specialist work directly with participants with disabilities as part of the Rehabilitation Team. This position involves working with participants to build pre-employment skills, including creating a resume, cover letter, references, completing a sample application and training on effective interview skills. They work directly with participants to complete job applications and intervene with employers as needed to reach the ultimate goal of securing employment. |
