Gessner Engineering is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. This role combines creativity and collaboration while driving impactful marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Manages and prepares responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and other client solicitations.
• Marketing Collateral Development and Maintenance: Write, edit, and distribute marketing materials and maintain marketing libraries to ensure content is updated, relevant and easily accessible for firm use.
• Brand and Content Management: maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence, track engagement, and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and conversions.
• Website & SEO Management: Update and optimize the company website for search engine visibility, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
• Business Development Support: Maintain marketing databases, assist with client research, and support business development efforts through strategic planning and relationship management.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional activities and special events to showcase Gessner Engineering’s expertise and enhance client relationships.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams, consultants, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 1-3 years of marketing experience in AEC industry; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), CRM tools, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on crafting compelling content and clear messaging.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance, measure ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: A creative thinker who brings innovative ideas to enhance brand identity and solve challenges.
• Collaboration & Leadership: A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and takes ownership of tasks while supporting larger team goals.
