Job description
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Customer communicator
- Receiving and confirming customer orders
- Working closely with planning
- Launching orders to production
- Tracking and communicating order delivery dates
- Managing new files and pre-press project requests
- Managing new projects and customer orders
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Maintaining a good relationship with customers
- Related tasks (Support planning and others)
- Attend/hold customer meetings virtually or in person.
Requirements:
- English, written and spoken.
- Written and/or Spoken Spanish is an asset
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Experience in Customer Service or in related fields.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Civility, professionalism, organization skills, prioritizing, autonomy, and teamwork.
- Clear, efficient, and proactive communication (Internal and external)
Hours of position:
8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST Monday - Friday
