JOB SUMMARY
PMs and maintains various areas/processes of the plant to project a positive image to our colleagues and customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily
Perform light maintenance. (Grease, Oil, Lube)Complete assigned Task Lists and TPM Checklists.Document needed repairs and concerns found during TPM’s and PM’s.Daily – as needed
Responsible for 5SAssist maintenance personnel when required.Work with other technicians on projects or repairsAs needed
Other Duties
Follow Standardized Work Instructions. Must follow all OSHA and plant safety rules including, lock-out tag-out, etc. Supports the teams in operational improvementWork in production if neededAny other duties deemed necessary or appropriate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
HS diploma/GED is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be able to drive forklift and maintain certification.Be able to work from heights.Must have strength and stamina to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
