Requirements
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to roofing services including scheduling consultations providing estimates and explaining services.
- Assist with processing customer orders changes and followups.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns offering appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers in.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction.
