Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate innovative learning experiences that foster children's growth and development
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of children at all times
- Assess and track the developmental progress of each child
- Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children and fellow educators thrive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of various stages of child development (social, emotional, cognitive)
- Ability to establish a nurturing and harmonious environment
- Proficiency in monitoring and assessing developmental milestones
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- A passion for working with young children
- Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule, between 7 AM and 6 PM, adaptable based on business needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 45 hours in Child Growth and Development
- 45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum
- At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting, or 30 college credits
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
