Join our dynamic Personalized Learning Team as a Summer Intern, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and enhancement of personalized learning initiatives for the upcoming academic year. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to engage in hands-on experience within educational technology and data analysis. The position is remote with an anticipated start date of June 2, 2025, providing flexibility and a work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management (15%):
  
  

Gain experience with Asana by managing tasks, tracking project goals, and collaborating on cross-functional projects. Actively engage in team initiatives and create a detailed plan for your summer projects.

• Efficacy Analysis for Personalized Learning Programs (50%):
  
  

Analyze and assess the effectiveness of personalized learning programs by reviewing past data. Develop and execute efficacy analyses, producing accessible materials such as infographics, presentations, and one-pagers to effectively communicate your findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• ROI Analysis (20%):
  
  

Conduct Return on Investment analyses for various learning programs. Create user-friendly visual reports to present insights and results to team members and stakeholders while helping to establish replicable processes for future analyses.

• Back to School Support (15%):
  
  

Assist the team in website data analysis, providing actionable suggestions for site improvements, and collaborate on updating rosters across various learning programs.

• Other Tasks (As Needed):
  
  

Contribute to additional data-related projects, assisting the team with various necessary assignments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled graduate student in data science, business analytics, information technology, or a related discipline.

Compensation And Benefits

The internship offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.50, with the flexibility to work up to 30 hours per week, supporting a balanced work-life integration. The program follows a holiday calendar, including two unpaid holidays for Juneteenth and the 4th of July.
