- Assist in creating and updating Excel documentation in preparation for the new school year.
- Prepare shareable PDFs and collaborate with the team to update the internal website.
- Utilize Asana to track tasks, manage projects, and monitor team objectives.
- Contribute to the improvement of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for internal websites.
- Analyze support data and recommend improvements for effective implementation.
- Update student rosters and set up administrator accounts within educational programs.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data processes as needed.
- Strong commitment to student success and educational reform.
