Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personalized Learning Team Intern to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the preparation for the upcoming school year by engaging in a variety of projects, including portfolio documentation, foundational data analysis, and resource development. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure that educators and students have access to essential tools and resources, thereby enhancing the overall learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating Excel documentation in preparation for the new school year.
• Prepare shareable PDFs and collaborate with the team to update the internal website.
• Utilize Asana to track tasks, manage projects, and monitor team objectives.
• Contribute to the improvement of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for internal websites.
• Analyze support data and recommend improvements for effective implementation.
• Update student rosters and set up administrator accounts within educational programs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data processes as needed.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 per hour.
• Flexible working hours, up to 30 hours per week, allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments.
• Observance of two unpaid holidays during the internship: Juneteenth (June 19-20) and the 4th of July.
