Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly classes covering a variety of artistic disciplines, including digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media, dedicating approximately 20 hours each week to instruction.
- Monitor and document student projects and artwork to evaluate their progress and encourage continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain effective operational systems for the studio to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Oversee the management of art supplies, including ordering, organization, and inventory, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Maintain the digital lab, ensuring students have access to current software and hardware, as well as relevant educational resources.
- Oversee budget reporting related to wages and art supplies, ensuring accountability in resource allocation.
- Assess key performance indicators such as student retention, attendance, and satisfaction, and develop initiatives to enhance the learning experience.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with students and their families, addressing any concerns to ensure their overall satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the creation and implementation of local marketing strategies, which may include organizing events and building partnerships with other educational institutions.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with local organizations to showcase student artwork through exhibitions, promoting our educational initiatives.
- A minimum of two years of experience teaching art to diverse age groups including children, teens, and adults.
- Extensive knowledge of various art techniques and mediums.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build collaborative relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or Art Education from an accredited institution.
