Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction on the clinic floor and in the classroom utilizing a state-approved curriculum designed to enhance learning and professional growth.
• Prepare students for the State Board exam by ensuring they adhere to all necessary standards and State Board regulations.
• Offer guidance and support through mentoring and coaching to empower students in their academic and practical endeavors.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, which include attending faculty meetings, accurately tracking student attendance and grades, and providing academic support.

• Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills essential for managing grades, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
• Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts, with potential remote work options available.
  
  

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Barber license in accordance with State regulations.
• An active Instructor license.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional barbering experience.
• Teaching experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
