Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and Mentor: Deliver engaging lessons on both the clinic floor and in the classroom, utilizing an approved curriculum to facilitate students’ barbering education.
- State Board Preparation: Equip students for the State Board exam by ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Administrative Support: Engage in various administrative duties, including attending faculty meetings, accurately managing grades and attendance, and providing essential support to students for their academic success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong team-building skills.
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is mandatory.
- A valid Barber license as per State regulations is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional barbering experience is essential.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not obligatory; a genuine passion for mentoring is essential.
