Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive and engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements and meet the learning goals of students.
• Demonstrate exemplary techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards, ensuring students receive top-tier training in professionalism and best practices.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters student engagement.
• Provide hands-on guidance during practical sessions, offering immediate feedback to help students refine their techniques.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and projects, delivering constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the manicuring industry, integrating current practices into your teaching methodologies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic classroom and laboratory setting, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and support students throughout their educational journey, encouraging their development as future professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid Manicurist or Cosmetology license in good standing is essential.
• At least 3 years of practical experience as a professional manicurist.
• Prior teaching or training experience in a cosmetology or manicuring educational setting is greatly preferred.
