Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe learning environment for all class attendees.
- Prepare and arrange necessary equipment prior to each session.
- Deliver engaging and informative training on CPR, First Aid, and AED to groups of 4-12 participants.
- Clearly communicate course material in an easily digestible manner.
- Effectively respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care when necessary.
- Cultivate professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Collaborate with management and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee and maintain inventory of training equipment, ensuring cleanliness and restocking when required.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient in utilizing online technology for course management.
- Capability to respond competently during emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster professional relationships.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to conduct classes during weekends and occasionally on weekday evenings.
- Hold American Red Cross Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
- Possess American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor Certification (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
