Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of a strategic vision for PreK-5 mathematics content, ensuring alignment with high-quality instructional materials.
• Oversee the production of engaging, research-backed math content that promotes not just academic success but also social-emotional growth for all students.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate content seamlessly into our digital platforms while adhering to pedagogical soundness.
• Conduct thorough research to identify curriculum gaps and evolving needs, ensuring our content stays relevant and effective.
• Actively engage with educators, families, and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback that informs ongoing content refinement.
• Represent the organization at educational conferences, sharing insights and best practices in math instruction with the broader community.

• Extensive expertise in instructional design, particularly for multilingual learners and collaborative environments.
• Proven experience in developing math curriculum compliant with Common Core standards and high-quality instructional materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading digital content teams within the elementary or middle school curriculum sector.
• Advanced degree in mathematics education, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in teaching K-5 math and ESL certification or relevant experience working with multilingual learners is a plus.
