In this impactful role, you will primarily focus on teaching Math and Science, while also offering support in various subjects as needed. This position combines elements of instruction, curriculum design, and mentorship, providing you with the chance to create a vibrant and inclusive learning atmosphere for adult students in both physical and virtual classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and engaging instruction to adult learners in both in-person and virtual environments, tailoring your methods to suit diverse learning preferences.
• Develop lesson plans that are in alignment with GED standards, emphasizing key subjects such as math and science. Utilize a range of teaching resources, including digital tools and group activities to enrich the learning experience.
• Implement innovative and evidence-based teaching strategies while remaining current on educational technologies to foster student engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with students to design individualized study plans, proactively addressing challenges and providing additional resources for academic improvement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience teaching adults.
