- Proficiency in designing assessment tools and rubrics to effectively evaluate student writing.
- Minimum: Master’s degree in English or Rhetoric and Composition with at least two years of college composition teaching experience.
- Preferred: Ph.D. in English, Rhetoric, and Composition, alongside a minimum of five years of experience teaching college-level composition.
