- Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in adherence to federal and state guidelines.

- Collaborate effectively with general education educators to encourage inclusive teaching methodologies.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Engage in virtual team meetings and partake in professional development initiatives.
