We are seeking a highly qualified DOD Lead Instructor to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our programs while collaborating closely with government representatives and contractor personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in regular meetings with government officials to evaluate workload, contract performance, and address any emerging issues.
- Manage the implementation of quality control protocols to uphold exceptional standards.
- Develop essential reports, presentations, and training materials in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Enforce quality control measures among contractor staff to guarantee timely and budget-compliant services and deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Oversee specific project personnel, ensuring the punctual delivery of critical reports and other key outputs.
- Create and execute both short-term tactical and long-term strategic work plans to foster optimal performance.
- Establish and uphold work standards to ensure high performance across the team.
- Coordinate closely with government clients to assign and manage work schedules effectively.
- Review work outputs for discrepancies, offering remediation as needed.
- Lead and mentor contractor personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and goals.
- Ensure comprehensive training for incoming contractors.
- Monitor contract performance to achieve all established goals and expectations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 14 years of professional experience in relevant fields is essential.
- At least 10 years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment (Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management).
- 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable role.
- 3 years of academic instruction experience.
