In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical skills to craft competitive assessments and develop PTW target recommendations across a varied market landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PTW research and analysis, assessing market trends, competitive pricing strategies, and key pricing elements to forecast competitor pricing.
- Ethically gather and analyze competitive intelligence data to inform strategic decisions.
- Perform a range of pricing analyses, including bottoms-up estimates, top-down evaluations, and parametric assessments.
- Create and present concise presentations summarizing competitive intelligence and PTW recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Bid and Proposal team to incorporate approved PTW strategies into proposals.
- Effectively manage projects independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve common objectives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Direct experience with various contract types, including Cost-Plus, Firm-Fixed-Price, and Time & Material.
- Familiarity with Service Contract Act (SCA), Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and exempt labor regulations.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracting, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal pricing/estimating, PTW development, and competitive analysis.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
