Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop fellow instructors, assisting them in refining their teaching practices and supporting students both academically and personally.
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with certification requirements, setting clear educational objectives for students.
• Maintain consistent communication with students to provide motivation and constructive feedback throughout their learning journey.
• Engage in professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative teaching methods into your classroom.

Qualifications
