Key Responsibilities

• Coach fellow instructors to enhance their ability to assist students, both academically and personally.
• Maintain open lines of communication with students through various platforms, fostering a sense of support and motivation.
• Track student progress and offer timely, constructive feedback to keep them on the path to success.
• Deliver engaging instructional materials that meet certification exam standards, ensuring educational objectives are achieved.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educational best practices to continuously improve teaching methodologies.
• Champion student success through positive reinforcement and monitoring academic milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the IT industry within the last decade is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both classroom and online teaching environments is ideal; other combinations of experience may be considered.
• Certifications pertinent to the courses being taught are required, or the ability to obtain them.
