Key Responsibilities
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions to Managers in Training (MITs) and Training Managers.
- Adapt training methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles while implementing industry best practices.
- Assist in the development of curriculum and track participants’ progress to enhance comprehension and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Training of Trainers (TTT) programs and conduct follow-up sessions with MITs, providing comprehensive progress reports.
- Collaborate with franchisees and culinary teams, supporting recipe development and group training initiatives.
- Create and revise training materials to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
- Manage the administration of training platforms and oversee operational audits.
- Facilitate step-down webinars and assist in the successful launch of new restaurant locations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid foundation in restaurant operations and management.
- Strong organizational capabilities with effective time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- A minimum of four years of experience in restaurant operations, particularly in high-volume settings.
- Previous experience in restaurant training is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communication is favored.
- Experience collaborating with franchisees is an advantage.
