Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, individualized instructional strategies using virtual platforms to accommodate various learning styles.
- Develop, execute, and regularly revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet compliance standards set forth by federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers to ensure the integration of appropriate accommodations and modifications for students.
- Maintain meticulous records of student progress and development for ongoing assessment and improvement.
