Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and mentorship to teaching staff, ensuring educational services are tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged to engage in learning.
- Deliver individualized instruction to a group of children, monitoring their progress and adapting support as necessary.
- Develop and modify curricula aligned with local educational standards across core subjects, incorporating vocational training and cultural integration activities.
- Conduct educational assessments to determine each child’s academic level and create individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Organize and supervise educational field trips to enhance the learning experience and facilitate team meetings to discuss policies and best practices.
- Provide additional educational support through remedial education and tutoring, as well as substitute teaching as needed.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with program policies and regulations while supporting the overall well-being and safety of the children.

- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Ability to assess individual learning needs and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Technologically proficient, particularly in Microsoft Windows applications.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience or relevant experience.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) / Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
- Valid state teaching certification in the state of employment.
- Cleared background check from the relevant authority.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
