Job Overview

As a Remote Lessons Teacher, you will be instrumental in guiding students of diverse ages and skill levels on their musical journeys. Your personalized instructional approach will inspire students, ranging from age 5 to adults, to cultivate a lifelong passion for music. This role involves conducting lessons, preparing students for performances, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
• Prepare educational materials, including syllabi, assignments, and handouts.
• Demonstrate various musical techniques utilizing diverse resources, accommodating different learning styles.
• Assist students in their preparation for performances, competitions, or assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progression.
• Communicate effectively with students and, when necessary, their parents about academic progress and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to enrich the overall educational experience.
• Employ provided tools for tracking lessons, managing assignments, and recording attendance.
• Complete weekly timesheets and engage in required training sessions.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and trends through ongoing education and collaboration.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• Availability to teach during standard hours, including Fridays and Saturdays.
