Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with educational institutions through strategic outreach efforts, including calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Meet and surpass sales objectives by developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline, ensuring progressive growth within your designated region.
- Engage in proactive prospecting by researching and identifying new leads and opportunities, broadening our customer base.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and prospective opportunities utilizing the CRM system.
- Design and deliver compelling presentations to school boards, administrators, and other key stakeholders, articulating the value of our products and programs.
- Collaborate with prospective clients to negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Work closely with the Implementation Team and Account Lead to guarantee seamless transitions and successful onboarding of new clients, while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Commit to ongoing learning about industry trends and enhance your sales techniques through training and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to supplementary projects that align with the organization's mission and growth objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the K-12 education sector or a related field.
- Strong capability in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A consultative approach to sales, emphasizing relationship-building for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for in-person engagement.
- Ability to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly evolving environment, exhibiting flexibility as priorities change.
- Outstanding organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks.
