Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assisting individuals with therapeutic activities, including exercises, daily living skills, and mobility training.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring effective communication with the Occupational Therapist regarding patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients, prioritizing their well-being.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma.
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
- Preferred: A minimum of two years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
