Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Create and implement daily lesson plans that align with state standards, tailored to the individual developmental needs of each student.
- Supportive Learning Environment: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that promotes independence, creativity, and mutual respect, facilitating experiential learning opportunities.
- Child-Centered Instruction: Deliver instruction that is developmentally appropriate, helping children enhance their problem-solving capabilities and preparing them for future academic success.

- Mentorship: Guide the Classroom Teacher Assistant in ensuring the health, safety, and educational success of the students.
