Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional instruction in both remote and in-person settings, creating an engaging and interactive learning atmosphere.
- Implement adult learning strategies and best practices to ensure content is both relevant and captivating for students.
- Customize course material to align with the students’ career aspirations and real-world applications.
- Present organized and compelling lessons on Project Management methodologies, including the latest PMP V6 standards.
- Cultivate a positive learning environment through effective communication, interactive activities, and a student-centered approach.
- Must possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Agile Scrum Master (CSM) and Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous but not required.
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in Project Management, ideally within IT Application Delivery.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Visio and MS Project, along with familiarity with related technologies.
- Knowledge and practical experience with adult learning principles, demonstrating adaptability to various learning needs.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to efficiently address classroom dynamics and student engagement.
- A Master’s degree and prior teaching experience enhance your application but are not mandatory.
