As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with the Senior Program Manager to ensure that our key projects and programs are delivered successfully and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively coordinate resources, meetings, and events, including scheduling, establishing meeting agendas, documenting meeting notes, and tracking task completion.
- Engage in clear and consistent communication with project teams through calls and emails to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies as necessary.
- Monitor progress on deliverables, action items, and decisions while escalating risks and issues when required.
- Act as a liaison with vendors by conducting calls, gathering requirements, defining scope, and overseeing reviews and approvals of deliverables.
- Manage comprehensive vendor documentation and versioning, including design reviews, payments, and related files.
- Facilitate event management and coordination from initiation to completion, covering agenda planning, participant logistics, venue selection, and follow-up on action items.
- Oversee the creation of project publications, including company newsletters.
- Provide strategic insights into planning, standardization, operations, automation, materials management, and related initiatives.
- Integrate various stakeholders and plan resources while managing change effectively.
- Support teams with checklists, standard processes, and helpful resources.
- Create and manage documentation on MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business priorities.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate project management.
- CAPM or PMP certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Independent and results-oriented with a focus on timely project completion.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% or as required.
- Proven experience in corporate project management for a minimum of 3-4 years.
- Possession of CAPM or PMP certification.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year college or university.
