Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project activities under a Federal contract, ensuring the successful delivery of all initiatives.
- Oversee a remote, cross-functional team of senior consultants, analysts, and subject-matter experts, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership within a Joint Education and Training Directorate.
- Serve as the principal liaison for the DHA client and internal leadership teams, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Assist clients in establishing annual goals and developing actionable roadmaps for success.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary goals, delivering regular updates to leadership.
- Supervise project workflows across various domains, including education platforms and training analytics.
- Create and validate learning design documents and courseware that align with client and organizational goals.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly status reports to both company leadership and DHA clients.
- Facilitate the assembly and presentation of course evaluations and training analytics for informed decision-making.
- Draft various technical documents, including white papers and briefs, for senior DHA leadership.
- Analyze and monitor external policies and internal guidance to support compliance and decision-making processes.
- Employ agile methodologies and project management tools to enhance team performance and task management.
- Provide subject-matter expertise across project management and instructional design initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive roadmaps for deliverables within the contract task area, along with detailed project plans and timelines.
- Conduct weekly planning sessions and daily stand-ups to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop engaging learning materials tailored for adult learners, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is essential.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong capability in developing business analytics and training evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and curriculum development in both instructor-led and eLearning formats.
- Proficiency in ADDIE/PADDIE instructional design methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint Sites and project management tools such as Asana.
- Knowledge of Nemesis (Testing Environment) and Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) is preferred.
- Previous experience with the Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desirable.
