• Maintain consistent communication with parents and staff to discuss student achievements, challenges, and strategies for effective support.
• Create a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere by utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to promote respectful behavior among students.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal educational standards through diligent recordkeeping and documentation.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt and modify the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students with special needs.
• Assess student progress, identifying learning disabilities and adjusting instructional strategies as necessary to enhance student achievement.
