Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific requirements of each student.
- Deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions, monitoring student progress closely and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to ensure a unified approach in supporting students’ communication skills.
- Maintain thorough evaluations and accurate, confidential records while actively participating in team discussions to enhance strategies.
- Advocate for the needs of students, stay updated on advancements in speech-language pathology, and engage in continuous professional development.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities in speech and language disorders.
- Proficient in developing and executing individualized education plans (IEPs).

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong record-keeping and evaluation competencies.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid teaching certification for the state of New Mexico.
- Active New Mexico SLP license.
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection (note: Chromebooks and tablets are not accepted).
