Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment and orientation process for new program participants.
- Administer CASAS appraisals, pre-tests, and post-tests efficiently.
- Liaise with administrative offices to guarantee timely submission of CASAS documentation.
- Provide both on-site and remote assistance to students, addressing their needs diligently.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all visitors and manage incoming communication.
- Offer support to students regarding basic technical challenges.
- Promote and represent various programs within the community effectively.
- Act as an information resource regarding program activities and initiatives for the community.
- Monitor and report on student recruitment, retention, and attendance metrics periodically.
- Compile and submit activity reports to the supervisor on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date student records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Build and nurture relationships with external community organizations to support program objectives.
- Manage the procurement and distribution of essential program materials and supplies.
- Assist with student enrollment and registration across various programs.
- Collaborate with site staff to uphold a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to county health department regulations for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
- Work closely with instructors to guarantee a positive experience for students.
- Perform clerical duties and support overall site operations as needed.
- Oversee the distribution of technological devices to students, ensuring timely documentation.
- Submit all required documentation, including student enrollments and transcripts, to the appropriate departments.
