Job Overview

Join our team as a Remote Teacher, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering the social, emotional, physical, linguistic, and cognitive growth of young children. In this position, your primary focus will be to cultivate a safe, stimulating, and educational environment that instills a passion for learning in each child. You will assist children in acquiring essential life skills and achieving their individual developmental milestones through personalized learning strategies, progress monitoring, and facilitating seamless transitions into formal educational settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Actively involve and communicate with parents to support their child’s developmental journey.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, including the pursuit of advanced university qualifications.
• Ensure a culturally responsive approach that recognizes and respects the unique backgrounds of each child.
• Participate in educational field trips to enhance experiential learning opportunities.
• Attend necessary staff meetings and engage in professional training sessions to promote continuous improvement.
• Occasionally travel with youth (ages 14 and under) across various U.S. locations as required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field, with a concentration on Infant and Toddler Development.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an infant/toddler teacher or caregiver.
• Valid Texas State Teacher Certification is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and liability insurance are required.
