Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and well-organized Setup Operations Administrative Assistant for a temporary position within our dynamic team. This role is ideally suited for individuals who excel in a fast-paced remote setting and are motivated to enhance the operational efficiency of a forward-thinking organization. As a key contributor, you will assist in optimizing payroll implementation workflows and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Implementation team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients.
  • Oversee specific components of the payroll setup procedure, including data collection from existing payroll providers.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements in the implementation processes and the associated tools.
  • Participate in initiatives across departments aimed at improving payroll operations.

Required Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll (preferred).
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and G Suite applications.
  • Strong attention to detail paired with outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • A collaborative spirit with a focus on teamwork across various departments.
  • A sincere commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
