Job Overview

As the Vice President of Product Management for AI Services, you will take the helm in orchestrating the evolution of innovative AI solutions that propel our clients towards tangible success. You will oversee a team of adept Product Managers and work in close partnership with engineers, designers, and other pivotal stakeholders to develop premier products. Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Articulate and enhance the strategy for AI services centered around foundational model training and inference. Ensure alignment of the product portfolio with overarching business objectives and deliver optimized solutions for AI tasks.
• Roadmap Development: Spearhead the formulation of a strategic product roadmap that reconciles immediate customer demands with long-term innovation aspirations, ensuring the provision of scalable and distinctive AI cloud services.
• AI & Cloud Expertise: Remain vigilant about advancements in AI/ML technologies and cloud architectures to drive product innovation and inform critical decisions.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with key clients to grasp their AI challenges and requirements, leveraging this insight to perpetually refine the product suite.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Mentor and guide an enthusiastic product management team, collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams for seamless product development and market assimilation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, client feedback, and competitive factors to unearth opportunities and uphold a leading market position.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Engage with sales and marketing teams to devise compelling go-to-market strategies that emphasize positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  
  

Required Skills

• Profound expertise in AI/ML workloads and cloud infrastructures (GPUs) along with a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, microservices).
• Proven experience in leading high-caliber product teams, demonstrating strong decision-making and mentoring capabilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a successful track record of collaborating with customers to identify needs and translate them into actionable product solutions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years in product management, with no less than 5 years in senior leadership roles within the AI or cloud services sector.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or comparable experience is considered a plus.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate both high-level visions and intricate technical details to drive successful execution.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary range: \(275,000 - \)340,000 (commensurate with experience)

Workplace Flexibility

We offer a hybrid working model with the possibility of remote work for candidates whose skills and experience align with the role.
