Key Responsibilities
- Lead the B2B Marketing Roadmap by prioritizing and executing impactful campaigns centered on sales enablement, demand generation, and ABM, in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to stimulate growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue, particularly targeting health systems and other vital partners.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to key decision-makers, such as health plan executives, physicians, and VA administrators, to emphasize our unique value proposition.
- Generate persuasive sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership content, to aid the sales team in fostering relationships and closing deals.
- Execute focused ABM campaigns for health systems and strategic partners, optimizing for engagement and conversion metrics.
- Organize webinars, conferences, and in-person events to connect with critical partners and enhance brand visibility within the industry.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing key performance indicators such as lead volume and return on investment.
- Develop marketing initiatives that engage therapists and psychiatrists, enhancing our premier membership adoption, while closely collaborating with provider teams to boost recruiting and activation efforts.
- Work in tandem with the Enterprise and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with a proven record of increasing leads and pipelines.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce), as well as analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical capabilities to inform strategy and assess success through data-driven insights.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with the healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors is highly desirable, particularly experience marketing to health plans, health systems, or payors.
- Advantageous to have prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented digital health environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
