Key Responsibilities
- Lead the B2B Marketing Roadmap by prioritizing and executing impactful campaigns aligned with organizational strategic goals.
- Develop and implement a demand generation strategy aimed at driving growth in qualified leads, pipeline development, and revenue, particularly with health systems and key partners.
- Craft tailored messaging and positioning strategies for key decision-makers, such as health plan executives, physicians, and VA administrators, to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
- Create engaging sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content to empower the sales team in building relationships and closing deals.
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for health systems and strategic partners, optimizing for high engagement and conversion rates.
- Organize webinars, conferences, and in-person events to enhance brand visibility and connect with key partners across industry platforms.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to optimize lead volume, conversion rates, and overall return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with provider teams to develop campaigns that engage therapists and psychiatrists, driving better adoption of our premier membership offerings.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, demonstrating a robust ability to enhance leads and pipeline growth.
- Proficient in B2B marketing channels encompassing SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.
- Strong technical acumen with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).
- A data-driven analytical mindset essential for guiding strategic decisions and measuring success.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors is highly desirable, with familiarity in marketing to health plans, health systems, or payors being a significant advantage.
