- Handle incoming calls utilizing a cloud-based phone system.
- Accurately manage guest reservations through our property management system.
- Maintain precise records by entering and updating guest information.
- Deliver clear, professional responses to guest inquiries and effectively communicate with team members.
- Ensure adherence to cancellation policies and process guest payments in line with established procedures.
- Collaborate on various projects as required and engage in monthly incentive programs designed for agents and teams.

- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is preferred.
