Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the execution of the firm’s strategic business plan, prioritizing the attainment of quarterly revenue and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with the owner to formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies, plans, and operational procedures.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate outcomes and inform business decisions.
- Supervise and direct non-lawyer support personnel and external vendors.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes, including payroll and benefits management.
- Ensure all business policies and procedures are meticulously documented, organized, and routinely audited for compliance.
- Direct financial operations, encompassing budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
- Manage a remote team effectively, employing best practices for communication, workflow, and productivity.
- Guarantee seamless functionality of digital systems for accessibility across the entire team.
- Conduct frequent risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential business risks.
- Drive project management through the development of strategic plans and mobilizing team members to meet established timelines.

- Proven capability to manage a multi-million-dollar budget (up to $7.5M).

- Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, human resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing a professional services firm or a significant division/department with a budget of at least $7.5 million.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams of 30 individuals, with full discretion in staffing decisions.
