Job Overview

As the Head of Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving exceptional results. You will spearhead and cultivate the Client Services team, ensuring that each client interaction surpasses expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Client Services team, defining the vision, structure, and operational processes to enable seamless collaboration and reporting.
  • Mentor and empower team members, guiding them to become strong leaders and strategic thinkers.
  • Engage directly with clients, managing key accounts while ensuring that project execution and client service consistently meet the highest standards.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients, contributing to their growth while aligning with the company's objectives.
  • Play a significant role in new business development, including proposal writing and leading client pitches.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to ensure optimal resourcing for projects and new initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in client services or account management within a creative agency setting.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing strategies and a deep understanding of brand development and digital trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire teamwork and collaboration.
  • Skilled in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in client services or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile clients and oversee multiple accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative agency industry, including an understanding of the award cycle and standards of excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
