Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the ACT team, ensuring appropriate staffing and compliance with the ACT model.
- Conduct daily team meetings to align treatment activities and address participant needs effectively.
- Build and sustain partnerships with law enforcement, community organizations, and service providers to enhance client support.
- Deliver direct ACT interventions, ensuring client needs are met and goals are achieved.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of intake and progress documentation, maintaining effective Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
- Ensure quality and compliance of clinical records with ACT standards.
- Serve as the Qualified Practitioner, approving progress notes and service plans.
- Provide after-hours support for staff supervision and crisis management.
- Lead training and orientation for new team members to foster a culture of continuous development.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to provide supportive mentorship and guidance.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard software applications.
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
- Effective delegation and organizational talents.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LICSW or LCPC) in Washington, DC.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience working with individuals facing chronic medical conditions or serious mental health disorders.
- 2-4 years of experience in social services, crisis management, and case management.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a preference for 4 years.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
