Clinical Operations Director

We invite a proactive and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to join our esteemed leadership team, managing operations across a diverse portfolio of regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of site managers overseeing clinical research operations across multiple states.
• Conduct regular performance reviews through one-on-one meetings to provide constructive feedback and identify coaching needs.
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture centered on coaching, training, and professional growth.
• Supervise 8 to 12 clinical research sites, managing 5 to 8 direct reports and up to 40 indirect reports, ensuring operational excellence.
• Optimize scheduling for patients and physicians while maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards and driving financial performance.
• Utilize KPIs and data analytics to evaluate site performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and secure new clinical trial opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with physicians and pharmaceutical clients to align operational strategies with financial objectives.
• Support site selection and engagement of new locations to foster collaboration and growth.

Qualifications
