Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the commerce partnerships division in the creation and implementation of groundbreaking commerce experiences.
  • Manage and coach a team, ensuring the seamless execution of client pitches, activations, and performance assessment.
  • Cultivate and oversee client relationships, developing commerce strategies that integrate with content experiences across various platforms.
  • Develop and streamline research, reporting, and sales materials to enhance both client retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to produce creative assets and ensure the successful execution of advertising products.
  • Assist the VP in formulating new commerce innovations and packaging strategies to propel business growth.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 6 years of pertinent experience in commerce, partnerships, or related domains.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and project leadership.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce trends, with a fervor for the future of digital commerce.
  • Proficiency in translating complex objectives into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to think strategically and creatively.
  • A self-motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to cultivate genuine client relationships.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(130,000 - \)160,000 (including sales incentive commission and eligibility for long-term incentives).
  • Comprehensive benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts and perks.

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence at least three days a week, providing a flexible and supportive work environment.
