- Manage and coordinate all stages of project execution, from contract initiation to final delivery to clients.
- Formulate and present a comprehensive execution plan for management endorsement.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
- Review and oversee contracts to ensure adherence to specified requirements.
- Coordinate the evaluation of scope of work, contract specifics, and client documentation.
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules to meet critical milestones.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to address any challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of all client-related documentation.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, maximizing resource efficiency.

- Supervise fabrication, installation, and start-up operations.

- Complete project closeout tasks, including addressing punch list items and securing final client acceptance.
- Manage warranty requests by developing and implementing corrective action plans.
- Lead decision-making processes related to the overall project and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in gate reviews and engage in project evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other pertinent audit standards.
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant industrial project/construction management experience in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project or construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning software.
- Master's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in power, oil & gas, data centers, or district energy industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or its equivalent.
